There are three, and no two are alike: one with green walls and exposed stone, one in pale green and the third under a wooden beamed ceiling.

Ideal for two friends or colleagues, and for solo travellers too.

For two guests, with two single beds, in the 18th-century house. It can also be booked for one person.
There are five, each with two single beds. Colours and furniture change from room to room: whitewashed walls with exposed stone, orange or yellow walls, and wooden beamed ceilings in several.

Triple room
Ideal for a family of three or three friends.

For three guests, with single beds. It is the only triple room in the house.
It has its own wooden staircase inside the room, a corner with two armchairs by the banister and a window overlooking the courtyard.

Quadruple room
Ideal for a family of four or a group of friends.

For four guests, with single beds: well suited to families or small groups.
There are two, each laid out differently: one has a small sitting area with two armchairs between the sleeping areas; the other has a table and two chairs by the windows.

How booking works
Book direct
You book directly with the hotel: you send a request, reception emails you the deposit details, and your booking is confirmed once the deposit arrives.
The booking engine shows the actual price for your dates, with or without breakfast.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.

If you will arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you where to collect your key or how to get in.
House rules
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

What if I arrive after 21:00?
If you will arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you where to collect your key or how to get in.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.
Do I pay on the website?
No. On the website you send a request without paying anything. Reception emails you instructions for paying the deposit, and your booking is confirmed once the hotel receives it.
Is breakfast included?
It’s up to you: every room can be booked with breakfast or room only, and the booking engine shows you the price of each option for your dates.
Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes: all eleven rooms have a private bathroom.
Are there single rooms?
There are no single rooms as such, but both the double and the twin rooms can be booked for one person.
How many guests can stay in each room?
Two in the double and twin rooms, three in the triple and four in each quadruple. In total, the hotel has 11 rooms for up to 27 guests.
Can I smoke or have a party at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms. Parties are not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms.
What are the restaurant and bar opening hours?
The restaurant and the bar are open from 09:00 to 23:00.
Where is the hotel?
At Calle Grande 26, in the old town of Adeje. The church of Santa Úrsula is about 200 m away on foot, the start of the Barranco del Infierno trail about 600 m uphill, and La Caleta, on the coast, about 6 km by road.
How do I get to the hotel?
Take the southern motorway (TF-1), leave at the Adeje exit and head into the old town as far as Calle Grande. TITSA bus 447 (Los Cristianos – Costa Adeje – Adeje) runs along Calle Grande. From Tenerife South airport, bus 40 goes to Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, where you can change to the 447.
