Fonda Central is a rural hotel in an 18th-century Canarian house, right in the old town of Adeje. Timber, exposed stone and a courtyard with wooden galleries: the island’s traditional architecture, unembellished.

You will find us at Calle Grande, 26, in the old town of Adeje, in the south of Tenerife.
