Send your request
Leave your name, email and phone number, plus a comment if you like. You don't pay anything at this stage, and a summary arrives by email.
Reception confirms
We email you with instructions for paying the deposit. Once the hotel receives it, your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 12:00 to 21:00
Check-out: 08:00 to 12:00
Reception: 09:00 to 23:00 (arrivals until 21:00)
If you will arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you where to collect your key or how to get in.

By car
Take the southern motorway (TF-1), leave at the Adeje exit and head into the old town as far as Calle Grande.
By bus
TITSA bus 447 (Los Cristianos – Costa Adeje – Adeje) runs along Calle Grande. From Tenerife South airport, bus 40 goes to Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, where you can change to the 447.
